After checkout, you'll receive an email with your voucher code and vendor-specific redemption steps. In most cases, you'll enter the code on the vendor's exam registration portal (such as Pearson VUE) when scheduling your exam, and the fee will be waived.

Every voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can schedule your exam any time within that window, subject to availability at your chosen testing center.

Exam Voucher includes just the exam seat. Prep Bundle adds a practice-test engine and study guide. Complete Bundle adds a free retake voucher and a 1:1 study plan review. Full details are on the Pricing page.

Unredeemed vouchers can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once a voucher code has been redeemed with the vendor, it's no longer eligible for a refund. Study material access included in Prep and Complete bundles is non-refundable once downloaded.

The retake voucher is issued only if you don't pass on your first attempt, and must be used within 60 days of that attempt. It follows the same 12-month overall validity window as your original voucher.

Yes. Every voucher is sourced directly through the certification vendor's official exam network and works exactly like a code purchased straight from the vendor. Certification names remain the trademarks of their respective vendors.

Most vouchers work for both in-person testing centers and online-proctored exams, wherever the vendor offers that option. Availability depends on the specific certification and your region.

Practice content is reviewed and updated whenever a vendor revises an exam's objectives, so the domains and question style stay aligned with the current version of the exam you're booking.
